Madison Recruitment in Auckland is seeking a Project & Operations Engineer for a growing South Auckland infrastructure services business delivering stormwater, wastewater, drainage and civil works across the Auckland region.

This hands-on role offers end-to-end project involvement from initial enquiry to handover, coordinating crews, subcontractors and suppliers, preparing quotes, and driving safety and quality on site.

Formación

• NZ Level 7 engineering qualification and civil construction experience.
• 3–7 years in civil construction, infrastructure, utilities or drainage.
• Experience preparing estimates, quotations or scopes of work.

Responsabilidades

• Assess project requirements and develop practical solutions.
• Prepare quotations, estimates and scopes of work.
• Plan labour, plant, materials and subcontractors.
• Coordinate multiple projects and workstreams.
• Build relationships with clients, consultants and suppliers.
• Manage variations, costs and commercial outcomes.
• Ensure safety and quality on site.
• Support projects from enquiry to handover.
