Qualifications

• Full driver's license and owning your own vehicle is essential.
• Previous experience working with young people/rangitahi.
• Understanding of Intellectual Disability and Autism.

Responsibilities

• Support rangitahi and tamariki in home and community to achieve personal goals.
• Assist families to access education and daily activities.
• Observe and respond to health concerns and support wellbeing.
• Provide flexible, tailored supports aligned with family goals and routines.
• Promote self-determination and empower families to live valued lives.
