About You

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about supporting people to succeed, and who has:

  • A genuine love for being out in the community, connecting with new employers, building relationships from scratch, and confidently picking up the phone, door-knocking, and following up to create real job opportunities.
  • Experience working with a diverse range of clients, with a strong understanding of the unique needs, barriers, and strengths of different communities.
  • A deep desire to help people realise their potential and succeed in meaningful, sustainable employment.
  • A proven track record of meeting KPIs and achieving results, while still working in a supportive, learner-centred and outcomes-driven environment.
  • Strong organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and stay on top of reporting and administrative requirements.
  • A genuine understanding of, and respect for, Māori and Pacifica cultures and values, with the ability to build authentic, culturally responsive relationships with learners, whānau, and employers.

This position is based in Manurewa, Auckland with travel required across the region. We are proud to support our local communities, and we are looking for someone who shares that commitment. If you’re driven, compassionate, and ready to make a meaningful difference, we’d love to hear from you.

We will not employ any person in a paid or voluntary capacity, (including on a management committee) who has a conviction for sexual crimes or for any offence involving the harm or exploitation of children. The successful applicant will be required to do a Criminal Records check/Police Vetting Check and any offer is subject to the results of that check.
