Job summary

Vector Limited is seeking an Electricity Programme Governance & Risk Manager to create a single, reliable view of governance, risks, dependencies and delivery constraints across the five-year electricity capital portfolio.

You will design and embed the governance framework, integrated risk and dependency model, and stage-gate assurance to help projects progress safely with appropriate delivery readiness.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in programme or portfolio environments within regulated settings.
• Proven experience designing or implementing governance, risk, or dependency-management frameworks.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including scenario modelling.

Responsibilities

• Design and embed the programme governance framework, risk and dependency model, and stage-gate assurance processes.
• Collaborate with PMO, Portfolio, Delivery and other teams to assess cost, schedule and delivery impact.
• Run governance forums using evidence-based insight and provide decision-ready options to senior stakeholders.
• Shape how governance and risk management operate across the electricity capital portfolio.
