Job summary

Power Protection Ltd is seeking a qualified Electrician in Albany, North Island, NZ to be trained in UPS servicing. The role requires travel across New Zealand up to one week per month and involves both phone and face-to-face customer interactions.

You will perform UPS maintenance and fault finding, with full training provided. A NZ Electrical registration, NZ practicing license, and NZ residency are required.

Power Protection Ltd – Albany, North Island

An excellent opportunity hasarisen for an New Zealand Electrician to be trained in UPS Servicing for Power Protection Ltd. The position is based in our Albany office and requires the applicant to be available to travel for work through out New Zealand for one week per month.

This role is fundamental in achieving service excellence for our customer base and you will engage with our customers on a daily basis providing a high-quality service over the phone and face to face.

Your primary duties will include:

• UPS Maintenance
• UPS Fault finding

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Electrician with a positive proactive attitude who is able to work independently in a customer focused environment. Please note that as all UPS have batteries the job does involve some lifting and so a certain level of fitness is required.

All applicants must have a current NZ Electrical registration, NZ practicing license and be a NZ resident.
