Job summary

ATT is seeking a motivated first year Apprentice Electrician in Auckland to develop practical electrical skills alongside qualified electricians. This hands-on apprenticeship offers supervision, safe training, and real wages as you gain experience.

You’ll be supported by ATT’s area managers throughout your apprenticeship, with paid training, tool kit provisioning, and opportunities for career progression in a growing industry.

Qualifications

• Be reliable - on time every time.
• Have some job experience - labouring or holiday jobs.
• Be good with your hands - know how to use tools.
• Have a driver’s license with reliable transport to get to work.
• Have a clean criminal record.
• Be able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol tests.
• Be a NZ permanent resident or citizen.
• Math ability (NCEA L2) with Physics preferred; electrical pre-trade or gateway placement desirable.

Responsibilities

• Join our team as a first year Apprentice Electrician and learn hands-on skills.
