Unlike larger utilities where engineers can become highly specialised, this role provides exposure across the full lifecycle of the network and the opportunity to work alongside experienced industry professionals in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network planning and development
  • LV and 11kV network design
  • Asset management and lifecycle planning
  • Capital works and renewal programmes
  • Load forecasting and network analytics

  • Less bureaucracy and red tape than larger utilities
  • Genuine influence on network decisions and future investment planning
  • Supportive and experienced team environment
