Job summary

RobLawMax Recruitment – Wanganui, North Island, is partnering with Scanpower to recruit a Network Delivery Manager to lead field operations across their electricity distribution network. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced operational leader to own maintenance delivery, capital works, fault response and field operations within a community-owned electricity network.

Reporting into senior leadership, this role will lead field teams and contractors while ensuring work is delivered

Qualifications

• Experience in electricity distribution, utilities, infrastructure or related operational environment.
• Proven people leadership capability.
• Strong safety leadership and operational focus.
• Experience delivering maintenance, capital works or field service programmes.

Reporting into senior leadership, this role will be responsible for leading field teams and contractors while ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to the high standards expected by Scanpower and its customers.

• Commercial awareness and planning capability
• A solutions-focused approach and ability to make sound decisions under pressure
