You''ll orchestrate complex software projects, remove blockers, and ensure we deliver high-quality code on time across our entire stack. You will own end-to-end production for engineering initiatives, coordinate communication across engineering, product, design, and QA, and manage release

Qualifications

• 6+ years managing software projects with engineers in game engines, real-time rendering, or cross‑platform stacks.
• Strong high-level technical fluency with ability to understand the details—software architecture, core engine features, online systems, and interdependencies.
• Strong organizational skills to structure ambiguous technical work, balance competing priorities, and maintain forward momentum across multiple workstreams.
• Track record of shipping complex features on time by removing blockers and managing dependencies while mitigating risk.
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production for engineering initiatives across the core engine tech stack.
• Coordinate and own communication between engineering, product, design, and QA—keeping everyone aligned and moving forward.
• Manage release cycles, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies for the core engineering team.
• Identify technical risks and dependencies early, working with engineering leads to solve problems before they become blockers.
• Balance feature development with technical debt, infrastructure improvements, and platform modernization.
• Provide clear engineering status updates to leadership, translating technical complexity into business impact.
