BestStart Stokes Valley invites applications for a Teacher in Training. This permanent, 30-hours-per-week role focuses on supporting tamariki aged from infants to preschoolers within a warm, community-focused centre.

You will be enrolled in a Level 7 ECE Bachelor programme, with paid study support and opportunities for professional development in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Level 7 ECE Bachelor programme.

Responsibilities

• Work with tamariki from approximately 6 months to 6 years across all areas of the centre.
• Support learning through play and developmentally appropriate activities.

About the role

This is a permanent position working 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

We’re looking for someone currently studying, or preparing to begin, a Level 7 ECE qualification. You’ll work with tamariki from approximately 6 months to 6 years across all areas of the centre.
