Job summary

Little Climbers Early Learning Centre Clendon Park in Auckland is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced ECE centre supervisor to lead our team. The role focuses on overseeing daily operations, mentoring staff and delivering high-quality, child-centred learning in a supportive environment.

You will promote inclusive teamwork, ensure curriculum planning aligns with Te Whāriki and NZ regulations, and maintain strong relationships with children, families and the wider community.

Qualifications

• Must have recognised ECE teaching qualification and current practising certificate.
• Must have leadership or supervisory experience in an ECE setting.
• Strong knowledge of Te Whāriki and NZ ECE regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse teaching team.
• Builds positive relationships with children, parents and whānau.
• Positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
• Holder of a current First Aid certificate, or willing to obtain one.
