Barnardos Hastings ELC is seeking a confident Centre Manager to lead operations, drive high-quality early childhood education, and strengthen tamariki and whānau partnerships in Hastings, Aotearoa. You will oversee teaching and daily operations, ensuring compliance and a nurturing learning environment.

With a commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and te ao Māori, you will mentor a dedicated team and collaborate with whānau and kaiako to support tamariki growth and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• ECE/Primary qualification with full certification is essential.
• Proven managerial and leadership experience in early childhood education.
• Ability to foster meaningful connections and high-trust relationships.

Responsibilities

• Achieve financial and occupancy targets while upholding tamariki and whānau commitments.
• Oversee daily operations, fostering a supportive, enriching environment for tamariki wellbeing and development.
