Job summary

Bright Kidz Childcare is seeking a qualified and registered ECE teacher to join a friendly team at our Mangere East centre. You will provide engaging learning experiences, uphold high-quality care and contribute to planning and assessment using Te Whāriki and the NZ Curriculum.

The role supports professional development, with teacher registration mentoring and paid staff meetings, and a family-friendly environment that values child well-being.

Qualifications

• Qualified early childhood teacher registration or provisional registration.
• Strong understanding of Te Whāriki and NZ Curriculum.
• Confident with individual and group assessment and planning.
• Creative in writing learning stories.
• Strong awareness of child protection.
• Good communicator and team player.
• Passion for children's wellbeing.
