Job summary

Leonard's is seeking a reliable Production Operator to join our Small Goods Processing team in Auckland. You will help produce, process and package high-quality meat products while upholding strict food safety and hygiene standards.

Based in East Tamaki, the role runs Monday to Friday, 5:00 am to 1:30 pm. Applicants should have experience in food processing or a similar environment and a strong work ethic; NZ citizenship, residency, or valid NZ work visa are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in food processing or manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and prepare small goods and meat products to specifications.
• Operate processing equipment including cutting, trimming, grinding, and other machinery.
• Assist in sausage, bacon, cured meats production.
• Pack, label and prepare products for distribution.
