Job summary

Bell Gully in Auckland seeks an Early Careers Coordinator to attract, welcome and develop the next generation of legal talent. This 8-month fixed-term role is based in Commercial Bay and reports to the HR team, collaborating with Graduate Recruiting Partners to deliver programmes consistently across the firm.

• Strong administration, coordination, or event support experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and clear communication skills.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft 365, recruitment systems and approved AI tools.
• Sound judgement handling confidential information with a service-focused approach.
• Energetic and organised to thrive in a fast-paced environment, supporting early-career talent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project plans, records, logistics and process mapping for early careers.
• Support reporting, briefing materials, communications, sponsorship administration and post-program evaluation.
• Coordinate careers fairs, interviews, events and on-campus activities.
• Oversee graduate admission processes and related documentation.
• Utilise approved AI and technology tools to improve drafting, scheduling and reporting.
