Job summary

Bell Gully in Auckland is seeking an Early Careers Coordinator (suitable for graduates) to join our HR team on an 8‑month fixed‑term basis. You will help create an outstanding experience for summer interns and graduates—from first interactions through induction, development and admission.

You will work closely with the Early Careers Advisor and Graduate Partners to deliver consistent programmes across the firm, coordinating recruitment, university engagement, and on‑campus events in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Strong administration, coordination, or event support experience.
Excellent attention to detail and clear communication.
Able to manage competing deadlines during busy periods.
Comfort with Microsoft 365 and recruitment systems.
Willingness to use AI tools to support administration.

Responsibilities

Maintain program plans, records, logistics, and early careers processes.
Support reporting, briefing materials, communications, and sponsorship administration.
Coordinate careers fairs, interviews, events, offers, and on-campus activities.
Assist graduate admission processes, including regalia and documentation.
Collaborate with HR and Graduate Recruiting Partners to deliver programmes consistently.
