Qualifications

• Proven experience as an E-commerce Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or Data Analyst focused on online retail.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Track, analyze, and report KPIs for all e-commerce channels including website traffic, conversions, and CAC/LTV.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to present findings to stakeholders.
• Analyze customer behavior, sales trends, and marketing campaigns to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights to marketing, sales, and product teams to optimize strategies and revenue.
• Perform A/B testing analysis and provide recommendations for website and campaign optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new analytical tools.
