Job summary

Wesco Anixter is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support Auckland operations, handling inbound/outbound, inventory control and general warehouse upkeep. You will perform receiving, picking, packing, shipping, cycle counts and ensure safety and accuracy across processes.

The role emphasizes teamwork, basic computer use, and routine use of tools to maintain stock integrity and efficient operations in a busy warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse operations experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Basic hand and power tool skills preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, pack and ship customer orders using manual and RF systems.
• Receive stock and handle supplier deliveries and returns.
• Load and unload goods safely from trucks and pallets.
• Prepare packing lists, delivery notes and bills of lading.
• Maintain accurate system records and conduct stock checks.
• Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods.
• Slot, store and re-profiling of stock as required.
• Conduct cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
