Job summary

Würth NZ Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join our Christchurch team in a casual, part-time capacity. This hands-on role covers a range of warehouse tasks across picking, packing and dispatch, with emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.

Work days are Monday to Friday, with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, and the role offers a stable long-term opportunity. You will be organised, self-motivated and able to manage workload with limited direction.

Qualifications

• Reliable and hardworking with initiative.
• Ability to work unsupervised and in a team.
• Physically fit with ability to lift up to 30kg.
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• SAP experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Accurate picking, packing and dispatching of customer orders.
• Prioritising and releasing orders.
• Loading and unloading goods as required.
• Stock handling and inventory control.
• Maintaining accurate and organised stock locations.
• Assisting with inward goods and stock replenishment.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised.
• Supporting the wider warehouse team during busy periods.
• Following Health & Safety procedures and warehouse processes.
