Sancta Maria College in East Auckland invites applications for a fixed-term, full-time Te Reo Māori teacher to cover Years 8–11. The role runs 28 January 2027 to 27 January 2028 to cover study leave, with responsibility for Te Reo Māori instruction and associated Kapa Haka tutoring.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a collaborative approach, integrity, and a commitment to evidence-based pedagogy within a values-led Catholic school.

Qualifications

• Qualified Te Reo Māori teacher with NZ curriculum knowledge.
• Experience teaching NZ Curriculum and Years 8–11.
• Ability to tutor Kapa Haka is desirable.
