Foodstuffs North Island's Pak'nSave Alderman Drive is seeking a dynamic Duty Manager to lead the store in the absence of senior management. You will oversee day-to-day operations, coach team members, and ensure safety, service, and store standards are upheld.

You'll need strong leadership, clear communication, and a calm, decisive approach under pressure. Flexible availability including evenings and weekends is required.

Aboutthe Role

As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeingthe store's operations in the absence of the Store Owner, Store Manager, andDepartment Managers. You'll provide leadership across multiple departments,ensuring the store operates safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
