As a Driver Performance Manager - a level above practical driver trainers - you will be responsiblefor designing and embedding a best-practice driver performance and competencyframework that is consistent, scalable, and audit-ready across the business.
The role is both strategic and hands-on in nature,requiring the ability to take ownership of clearly defining and articulatingwhat “good” looks like, whilst staying connected to the development anddelivery of credible front line driver training initiatives that ensurecontinuous improvement in driver safety, performance, and professionalism.
To assist with successful implementation, you’ll recruit,lead, and develop a team of Driver Trainers (2 initially with further teamgrowth anticipated), and use data driven insights to ensure trainingprogrammes, assessments, and compliance standards are delivered consistentlyand effectively across all operations.
