Job summary

TDG Environmental in West Auckland is seeking an experienced Class 4 Driver Operator who can also operate our hydro excavation and vacuum/flush equipment. This role suits self-starters who value safety and quality workmanship.

You will join a team focused on drainage maintenance, asset renewals, and complex projects across New Zealand. A full NZ Driver Licence Class 4 is essential; Dangerous Goods Endorsement is advantageous, as is experience in the drainage sector.

Qualifications

• Full NZ Driver Licence Class 4 required.
• Dangerous Goods Endorsement advantageous.
• Drainage/utility industry experience is advantageous.
• Strong health and safety awareness on site.

Responsibilities

• Operate plant and equipment such as HydroX, Combo Unit, Vac/Flusher or Recycler.
• Travel to job sites across the Auckland region as required.
• Collaborate with the West Auckland team to deliver high-quality drainage work.
• Adhere to Health & Safety regulations and site procedures.

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Class 4 Driver Operator within our West Aucklandbranch who also has the ability to operate our equipment and machinery, HydroX, Combo Unit, (Vacuum & Flusher) or Recycler. You will be a self-starter and able to think outside the box and driven to achieve high quality standards of work.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Full NZ Drivers Licence Class 4

Dangerous Goods Endorsement advantageous, but not essential
