Job summary

OneStaff is hiring reliable Class 2 and Class 4 Drivers to join a busy civil construction team. The role involves operating appropriate vehicles on civil sites and assisting with general labouring tasks.

Expect flexible day/night shifts with potential long hours to meet project needs; candidates should pass pre-employment drug tests and background checks and reside in or near the Matamata-Piako district.

Qualifications

• Full Class 2 or Class 4 licence required.
• Willingness to perform physical labour on civil sites.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and have a clean background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class 2 or Class 4 vehicles on civil construction sites.
• Assist with general labouring duties as required.
• Work flexible hours with day and night shifts; long shifts may be required.
• Support site crews to complete work safely and efficiently.
• Adapt to changing project needs and maintain reliable attendance.

• Supporting site crews to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently

What we're looking for:

• Full Class 2 or Class 4 licence
• Flexibility with hours and shift types (days/nights, long hours)
• Willingness to complete physical labouring tasks
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Clean background check
• Strong work ethic and good attitude toward site work
• Located within the Matamata-Piako district preferred

• WTR endorsements on your licence
