Job summary

Higgins is looking for permanent, full-time Class 4 & 5 Drivers to join the Green Team in Tauranga. You’ll load and transport mobile plant, operate tip trucks and trailers, and support roading and civil projects across the region.

Bring a safety-first attitude with a clean Class 4 or 5 licence (WTR endorsement preferred) and experience with heavy vehicles. We value teamwork, reliability and a willingness to learn, with guaranteed 40 hours per week and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Full clean Class 4 or Class 5 driver’s licence. (WTR endorsement preferred)
• Previous experience driving heavy vehicles in a similar role
• Safety-focused mindset and willingness to learn and grow

Responsibilities

The Green Team at our Tauranga branch is looking for permanent, full-time Class 4 & 5 Drivers to join our Operations team.

As an experienced Driver, you'll be confident in a variety of driving situations, whether loading and transporting mobile plant, operating tip trucks and trailers, or supporting roading and construction projects across the region.

• A safety-first attitude for yourself, your team, and the public
• Full clean Class 4 or Class 5 driver's licence (WTR endorsement preferred)
• Previous experience driving heavy vehicles in a similar role
• Strong teamwork skills
