AWF Group in Rotorua is seeking an experienced Class 5 Driver for a hands-on role starting mid-September. This position combines driving duties with light general labour, offering variety and the chance to contribute to safe, efficient project delivery.

You will hold a NZ Class 5 licence with WTR and DG endorsements, have proven experience operating heavy vehicles, and commit to workplace health and safety. The role pays hourly, with weekly pay and potential ongoing work for the right candidate.

• Current Wheels, Tracks and Rollers Endorsements.
• Current Dangerous Goods Endorsement.
• Proven experience operating heavy vehicles and machinery.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class 5 vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Transport materials, equipment, and goods to and from worksites.
• Operate machinery where required under Wheels, Tracks and Rollers endorsements.
• Handle and transport dangerous goods per regulations and procedures.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials.
• Perform general labouring and physical work as required.
• Complete vehicle checks and maintain records.
• Follow Health & Safety procedures and site requirements.

We are seeking a reliable, safety-focused professional to join our team, with work scheduled to commence in mid-September. This is a hands-on position that combines driving responsibilities with minimal general labouring duties, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day and takes pride in delivering quality work.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operating Class 5 vehicles safely and efficiently
• Transporting materials, equipment, and goods to and from worksites

What You Need
