Job summary

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification at level 7 bachelor’s degree or higher equivalent to a New Zealand qualification.
• Or have at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in drama education is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver structured drama programmes for individuals and groups.
• Provide theory and practical drama instruction to children and adults.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Prepare students for performances, showcases and auditions.
• Regularly review curricula and teaching methods.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment.
• Coordinate student performances and assist with community events.
