Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to de-escalate situations.
• Physically fit and capable of regular lifting.
• Able to use retail tech such as POS software and tablets.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to customers and donors.
• Receive, sort, price and merchandise donated goods.
• Process sales and cash handling with accurate end-of-day cash up.
• Keep the store well presented, stocked and tidy.
• Follow health and safety policies and SOPs; support audit controls.
