Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with sound judgement and de-escalation ability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high stock volume retail environment.
• Physically fit and capable of regular lifting; comfortable using POS and tablets.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service to customers and donors.
• Receiving, sorting, pricing and merchandising donated goods.
• Processing sales and end-of-day cash handling with accuracy.
• Keeping the store well presented, stocked and tidy.
• Ensuring compliance with policies, health and safety, and audit controls.
• Contributing to a positive team culture and general Family Stores duties.
