Gallagher is seeking a confident Domestic Broker to deliver personalised insurance solutions for domestic clients across New Zealand. You’ll engage with clients via phone and email to assess needs and tailor coverage for homes, contents, vehicles, boats, and more, while building a loyal client portfolio.

Formación

• Ability to build and maintain enduring relationships with clients and team members.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Previous insurance experience in a broking / claims or similar role would be advantageous.
• Certificate in Financial Services NZQA Level 5; company support to gain qualification via study program.

Responsabilidades

• Build knowledge of clients’ domestic insurance needs to provide tailored advice.
• Deliver expert domestic insurance advice and products to clients.
• Service renewals, new business, alterations and endorsements.
• Manage and resolve client enquiries (cover queries, policy amendments).
• Partner with the claims team to manage the claims process.
• Provide clients with timely and accurate updates on domestic insurance claims.
