The University of Auckland is seeking a Doctoral Candidate Adviser to join Student Operations within Te Kahu Tauira | SaSS. You will provide expert guidance on doctoral policies, support supervisors, heads, and Associate Deans across the University, helping candidates navigate candidature and complex regulations.

You will lead case management, deliver workshops, and contribute to policy development while supporting staff involved in doctoral candidate management.

Formación

• Requires tertiary qualification and experience in postgraduate research environments.
• Postgraduate research degree and experience with student management systems advantageous.
• Ability to interpret and apply complex regulations, policies and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert interpretation of doctoral regulations and processes.
• Support doctoral candidates, supervisors, and academic leaders across the University.
• Lead case management for complex candidature situations and contribute to policy development.
• Deliver workshops and training for staff involved in doctoral candidate management.
