Fulton Hogan is seeking a Divisional Manager – Utilities in Hawke’s Bay to lead a high-performing team delivering safe, on-time and quality work across the region.

You will own the divisional financial performance, safety leadership, forward work planning and strong customer relationships, shaping how the division grows with clear accountability and results.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in utilities, civil construction or infrastructure.
• Strong relationship skills and the ability to negotiate practical commercial outcomes with clients.
• Solid contracting and commercial knowledge, including NZS3910 and disciplined contract management.
• Financial management experience, able to lead against plans, budgets and targets.
• People-first leadership style with a focus on safety and building capable teams.

This is a key leadership role in Hawke’s Bay for someone who knows the utilities space and wants to make a real impact. As Divisional Manager – Utilities, you’ll lead a business that delivers good work safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard across the region.

You’ll own the divisional contribution to the regional business plan across financial performance, safety, people leadership, forward work, operational delivery and customer relationships. It’s a role with real scope, real responsibility and plenty of room to shape how the division grows. • Financial management experience, with the ability to lead against plans, budgets and targets while keeping close to performance.
• A people-first leadership style, strong safety focus and the ability to build capable teams who work hard, back each other and keep moving forward together.
