Job summary

Chemist Warehouse NZ is seeking a motivated Dispensary Technician to join our Okara Park team. The role focuses on assisting customers with prescriptions, supporting pharmacists in dispensing medications, and counselling patients.

You will manage dispensary stock and update customer records, contributing to a smooth, patient-centered service. The ideal candidate holds a level 4 or 5 Pharmacy Technician qualification and brings experience in a dispensary environment, strong interpersonal skills,

The Opportunity Chemist Warehouse Okara Park is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Full-Time Dispensary Technician! This position is for a qualified technician with a level 4 or 5 Pharmacy Technician qualification.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their prescription and general enquiries
• Assist Pharmacists in dispensing medications
• Counselling customers about medications
• Dispensary stock management and replenishment
• Updating customer files and other administrative tasks

Skills

• Dedicated work ethic and a strong team player
• Experience working in the dispensary
• Strong interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving skills

Certifications

Dispensary Assistant Qualification as a minimum

Physical Requirements
