Job summary

Chemist Warehouse Meridian Mall is seeking a passionate Full-Time Dispensary Technician with a level 4 or 5 Pharmacy Technician qualification to join our Dunedin team. You will assist customers with prescriptions, support Pharmacists in dispensing medications, counsel customers, manage dispensary stock, and handle administrative tasks; a strong team focus is essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified pharmacy technician with level 4 or 5 qualification.
• Experience working in the dispensary.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

The Opportunity

Chemist Warehouse Meridian Mall is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Full-Time Dispensary Technician! This position is for a qualified technician with a level 4 or 5 Pharmacy Technician qualification.

Job Responsibilities

Assist customers with their prescription and general enquiries

Assist Pharmacists in dispensing medications

Counselling customers about medications

Dispensary stock management and replenishment

Updating customer files and other administrative tasks

Skills

Dedicated work ethic and a strong team player

Experience working in the dispensary

Strong interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving skills

Certifications

Dispensary Assistant Qualificationas a minimum
