Job summary

Chemist Warehouse Glenfield Mall is seeking a motivated and passionate Dispensary Technician to join our team on a full-time basis. The role supports Pharmacists in dispensing medications, counselling customers, and managing dispensary stock with a focus on accuracy and customer service.

The ideal candidate holds a level 4 or 5 Pharmacy Technician qualification (Dispensary Assistant qualification minimum) and demonstrates excellent communication, attention to detail, and a strong team ethic.

Qualifications

• Qualified pharmacy technician with Level 4 or 5 qualification (Dispensary Assistant minimum).
• Experience in dispensing medications and customer counselling is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with prescriptions and general enquiries.
• Assist Pharmacists in dispensing medications.

The Opportunity

Chemist Warehouse Glenfield Mall is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Full-Time Dispensary Technician! This position is for a qualified technician with a level 4 or 5 Pharmacy Technician qualification.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their prescription and general enquiries
• Assist Pharmacists in dispensing medications
• Counselling customers about medications
• Dispensary stock management and replenishment
• Updating customer files and other administrative tasks

Skills

• Experience working in the dispensary
• Strong eye for detail and accuracy

Certifications

• Dispensary Assistant Qualification as a minimum
