Job summary

KiwiQuest Ltd. in North Canterbury is seeking a reliable team member to support vegetable dispatch operations across two farms. You will handle produce, stock records, forklifts, and coordinate with customers and transport.

Responsibilities include driving forklifts, labeling crates, communicating with customers and transport companies, checking produce quality, and maintaining standards. Training is provided, with progression opportunities; full-time role with 40–60 hours per week, near North

Qualifications

• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Confident communication with logistics companies, harvest teams and management.
• Ability to handle a busy environment and multiple trucks.
• Willingness to learn; forklift licence not required.
• Teamwork, positive attitude and interest in long-term development.

Responsibilities

• Drive forklifts and wrap pallets.
• Label crates and communicate with customers and transport companies.
• Check produce quality and maintain standards.
• Calculate harvest totals, write dispatch dockets and prepare stocktakes.
• Work with the Dispatch Manager and a small team.
