Job summary

Auckland City NZF 2025 Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Operations Assistant in Auckland. You will perform picking, packing, and dispatch, support warehouse and decanting activities, and assist operational tasks. The role includes health and safety awareness and on-site duties, with some shop support.

The position is 30 hours per week, with Monday to Thursday 9:30-3:30 and Friday 9:30-2; some flexibility on start/finish times and monthly rostered Saturday shifts after competency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' general work experience.
• Ability to lift heavy items regularly (10–20 kg).
• Ability to safely handle heavier items (40 kg, 50 kg+) using team lifting techniques or mechanical handling equipment.
• Ability to use standard IT tools for business, computer, laptop, tablet, phone and apps.
• Ability to complete high volumes of work under pressure with accuracy.
