Job summary

Mitre 10 MEGA is seeking a proactive Dispatch Coordinator for our Building Materials Distribution Centre. You will coordinate daily delivery schedules, plan efficient routes and work with drivers, warehouse staff and trade teams to ensure customer orders arrive accurately and on time.

This hands-on role requires organising moving parts, solving problems quickly and maintaining high accuracy in a fast-paced environment. A supportive team culture and ongoing development are on offer.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatch, logistics, warehousing or coordination is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily delivery schedules and customer orders.
• Plan efficient routes and maximise vehicle utilisation.
• Liaise with drivers, warehouse staff and trade teams to ensure on-time dispatch.
• Ensure orders are accurately picked, processed, documented and dispatched.
• Monitor deliveries and respond promptly to changes or customer enquiries.
• Help resolve delivery issues with the appropriate teams.
• Assist with planning the following day’s dispatch requirements.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records and delivery documentation.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised work environment.

We’re looking for a proactive Dispatch Coordinator reporting to Dispatch Supervisor to join our BuildingMaterials Distribution Centre. You’ll coordinate daily deliveryschedules, plan efficient routes and work with drivers, warehouse staff andtrade teams to ensure customer orders arrive accurately and on time.

This is ahands-on role for someone who enjoys organising moving parts, solving problemsquickly and making a visible difference to the customer experience.

You’ll be responsible for:
