NZCL is hiring fixed-term full-time Support Workers to assist people in Hamilton Residential Services during the Christmas period. You will help with daily living, personal care, meals, and community activities while providing flexible rosters and 24/7 support.

We offer competitive pay of 23.97–29.68 NZD per hour, with opportunities for training toward NZQA Health & Wellbeing and an Employee Assistance program. A full driver’s license and a people-focused attitude are essential.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in healthcare settings preferred.
• Full driver’s license is essential.
• Ability to work across rosters including overnight/weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily living support and personal care.
• Assist with meals and household tasks.
• Support participation in community activities and outings.
• Follow care plans and report changes to supervisors.
