Job summary

Healthcarenz Limited is seeking fixed-term full-time Support Workers to assist people in their own homes in Hamilton during the Christmas period. The role involves supporting daily activities, personal care, and life skills within a flexible roster that may include sleepovers.

You will join a dedicated team providing compassionate care, with opportunities for training and a supportive workplace culture. Applicants must have a full NZ driver\'s licence and be available for night shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Passion for helping others; kind and understanding.
• Experience in healthcare settings preferred, including with disabilities and challenging behaviours.
• Full driver\'s licence is essential.
• Flexible to work overnight shifts across rosters, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support people with daily activities such as meals, personal care, and life skills development, ensuring safety and dignity.
• Work as part of a team to provide 24/6 support with potential sleepover rosters in some shifts.
