Job summary

Sts Peter and Paul School (L Hutt) Wellington seeks an inspiring spiritual and curriculum leader to oversee our school-wide Religious Education programme. You will safeguard our Catholic Special Character and work with the Senior Leadership Team to mentor staff, design meaningful learning experiences, and coordinate liturgies and sacramental programmes.

You will build strong links with our parish and local community.

Qualifications

• Experience leading school religious education programmes.

Sts Peter and Paul School is a Catholic primary kura welcoming children from Years 1–8.

We seek an inspiring spiritual and curriculum leader to oversee our school-wide Religious Education programme. You will safeguard our Catholic Special Character. Working with the Senior Leadership Team, you will mentor staff and design meaningful learning experiences. You will coordinate liturgies and sacramental programmes. You will build strong links with our parish and local community.

This role comes with professional coaching, 2 management units and 0.2 release.

The successful applicants will be committed to Catholic education and the values of our school. A willingness and ability to take part in Religious Instruction appropriate to the Special Character of the school is a condition of appointment.
