• Experience with Microsoft desktop environments.
• Azure Cloud PC/VDI experience.
• Experience administering Group Policy and Intune.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work on incident response, change activities, and Agile projects.
• Provide advanced support for Desktop & Server OS (Deployment, Group Policy, Intune, Active Directory, Entra ID).
• Support Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (Citrix – VDI, PVS, ADC).
• Manage Azure Windows 365 Cloud PC environments.
• Deploy applications and updates using SCCM and Intune.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, support, and security teams.
