• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Windows 11 and Windows Server.
• Experience supporting Azure Windows 365 Cloud PC or Virtual Desktop environments.

We are seeking an experienced Digital Workplace Engineer to join a dynamic technology team supporting modern workplace platforms and services within a large enterprise environment. This is an excellent opportunity to work with cutting‑edge technologies while contributing to strategic workplace transformation initiatives.

This role offers an initial 6-month contract with a strong possibility of extension and potential conversion to a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced support for Windows desktop and server environments.
• Manage and administer Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, Entra ID, and Group Policy.
• Deploy applications, software updates, and patches using SCCM and Intune.
• Administer and support Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) technologies.
• Participate in incident management, change activities, and Agile project delivery.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and support teams to ensure reliable and secure workplace services.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance end-user experience.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Workplace, End User Computing, or Systems Engineering roles.
• Strong hands‑on experience with: Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Windows 11 and Windows Server, Active Directory and Entra ID, and Group Policy administration
• Experience supporting Azure Windows 365 Cloud PC or Virtual Desktop environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Citrix VDI technologies including PVS and ADC.
• Exposure to enterprise‑scale environments.
