Job summary

Engage Recruitment Support – Taupo, North Island, is seeking an experienced Digital Services Lead to guide and grow its digital service environment. The role spans workplace technology, digital and application support, and information management, with end-to-end ownership and a focus on reliable services and improved user experiences.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, drive improvements using data and feedback, and advance governance and lifecycle practices across information.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a multidisciplinary digital services team.
• Strong background in IT support or information management.
• Proven ability to own and improve service delivery from end to end.
• Good understanding of IT service management practices.
• Able to manage suppliers and external service providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary digital services team.
• Own end-to-end delivery across workplace technology, digital and application support, and information management.
• Plan, prioritise and deliver projects and initiatives across the portfolio.
• Use service data and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Drive automation, self-service, and process improvements.
