Engage Recruitment Support – Taupo leads a hands-on technology leadership role overseeing digital platforms, security, and resilience. You will shape a practical cloud-first roadmap while guiding teams and stakeholders across the organisation.

The role focuses on secure, reliable operations, incident response, and continuous improvement, balancing day-to-day delivery with strategic modernization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technology teams with strong people leadership.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks and ISO 27001.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, security tools and IT service management.
• Proven incident management and vulnerability management capabilities.
• Experience with Agile and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead specialist capability across platforms, workplace technology and cybersecurity.
• Translate digital strategy into practical priorities and a longer-term roadmap.
• Drive transition toward cloud, SaaS and Zero Trust technologies.
• Maintain reliable delivery while reducing legacy on-premises reliance.
• Provide technical leadership across infrastructure, platforms and security.
• Manage cybersecurity controls, incident response and disaster recovery.
