Job summary

Harlem 23 Ltd is seeking a sole-charge printer to produce printed apparel for daily online orders. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, with regular hours and an immediate start option. You will operate DTG and other printers, check client artwork, and manage materials and maintenance.

The ideal candidate has a digital design certificate or higher and Photoshop literacy for prepress touch-ups, plus strong attention to detail, time management, and independent work habits.

Qualifications

• Digital design certificate preferred but not essential.
• Basic Adobe Photoshop literacy required for prepress touch-ups.
• Computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Sharp eye for visual quality control and consistency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Efficient time management and organisational skills.
• Independent worker with a can-do attitude and high standards.
• Willingness to work to a living wage and regular Mon–Fri hours.

Responsibilities

• Operate pre-treat spray, Epson F3000 DTG, and DTF printers to meet production targets and quality standards.

• Produce high-quality work within set production schedules.
• Manage daily purchase orders and inventory of materials, inks, and consumables.

Key responsibilities

Operating pre-treat spray, Epson F3000 DTG, and DTF printers to meet production targets and quality standards

Checking supplied artwork files from clients to ensure print readiness

Machine setup, colour management, and troubleshooting

Producing high-quality work within set production schedules

Managing daily purchase orders and inventory of all materials, inks, and consumables

Ensuring all preventative maintenance and operator servicing tasks are completed and recorded

About you

A digital design certificate or higher is preferred but not essential; basic Adobe Photoshop literacy is required for prepress touch-ups
