This part-time role is ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy, loves working with data and has exceptional attention to detail. Working closely with our Performance Marketing Lead, you'll help execute PURE MAMA's digital marketing, from building and uploading Meta ads to supporting activity across Google and TikTok. Success in this role comes from being methodical, organised and naturally curious, with the ability to spot patterns, question results and understand the story behind the numbers. It's a hands-on opportunity to learn performance marketing from the ground up within a fast-growing global eCommerce business.

As a high-growth international business, we're looking for someone eager to learn and grow with us. You'll gain hands-on experience inside a global beauty brand, working closely with our performance marketing team and learning what drives a rapidly scaling eCommerce business.

Key responsibilities

• Build and upload Meta ads each week, ensuring accuracy across naming conventions, settings and campaign structure.
• Maintain a clean, organised ad account and proactively identify and flag any issues.
• Support campaign execution across Meta, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Merchant Center, Search Console and TikTok.
• Help ensure campaigns run smoothly during product launches, promotions and peak trading periods.
• Pull, organise and sense-check performance data, identifying trends, anomalies and opportunities.
• Investigate the "why" behind performance results and share insights and observations with the wider team.

• Direct mentorship and a clear path into performance marketing; you'll be taken under our wing and taught the craft properly from someone who does it every day
