Job summary

You will provide Tier2/3 support, participate in evaluating features, and help redesign processes related to library software. A degree in information management or equivalent is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree and/or postgraduate qualification in information management, information science or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier2/3 support for library collections software.

• Participate in projects to review and redesign business processes related to library software.

• Assist in evaluation, testing and communication of new product features and improvements.
