Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled BIM Specialist Architect to enhance capabilities in Queenstown. The role focuses on leveraging BIM to optimize design, construction, and operation of buildings.

You will develop BIM standards, manage models, and provide training and support to the design team in a hybrid work setting. You will collaborate with engineers and consultants, run clash detection, and help develop visualization and construction documents from BIM models, contributing to projects

Qualifications

• Professional Architect qualification or Architectural Technologist qualification.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with BIM.
• Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks.
• Understanding BIM principles, workflows, and best practices.
• Experience in BIM execution plans and standards.
• Strong communication and training abilities.
