Job summary

Hail is seeking a Digital Designer to maintain and grow the marketing website from the Ministry of Awesome in Christchurch. You will design web and marketing content, keep WordPress pages updated, and support sales and campaigns.

You should be hands-on, creative and comfortable turning briefs into visuals, exploring AI tools, and collaborating across product, web and marketing teams. A portfolio is required.

Qualifications

• Strong digital design skills with a good eye for layout.
• Experience creating and maintaining websites.
• Ideally experience using WordPress or similar CMS.
• Comfortable with Canva and other design tools.
• Ability to translate content into engaging layouts.
• Interest in AI and emerging design technologies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and regularly update the Hail marketing website.
• Create graphics and marketing content for campaigns.
• Support sales initiatives with visual assets.
